These terms cover KeyAmor's public website, product and support information, and the KeyAmor Creator Workspace.
Website use
The website provides public information about KeyAmor products, customer support, policies, creator collaboration, and KeyAmor's own advertising planning. Visitors may use it only for lawful personal or business purposes.
Products and sales channels
KeyAmor sells key accessories, craft hardware, gift packaging, and seasonal DIY products through its website or third-party marketplaces. Marketplace checkout, payment, delivery, returns, and buyer-protection rules may also apply to those purchases.
Pricing, availability, and returns
Prices, availability, delivery options, and offers can change by market and sales channel. Customers may contact KeyAmor within 30 days of receiving an incorrect, damaged, or unexpected item. Returns and refunds follow the sales channel and applicable consumer-protection rules.
Creator Workspace
A creator may connect their own TikTok account through TikTok Login
Kit for KeyAmor product-content collaboration.
user.info.basic confirms which creator connected;
video.list lets that creator review and shortlist their
own recent public videos for KeyAmor product-content collaboration.
Creator responsibilities
You may connect only an account you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the shortlist and notes you create, and for making sure any proposed collaboration or reuse of content respects creator rights, third-party rights, TikTok's terms, and applicable law. A shortlist does not by itself create a collaboration agreement or transfer content rights.
TikTok connection and availability
Tokens are handled server-side and are not exposed in browser code. The KeyAmor connection can be lost when its service session ends or restarts, even if TikTok still records the permission. You can reconnect, use Disconnect, or manage KeyAmor access in TikTok. TikTok availability and returned fields can change outside KeyAmor's control.
Local shortlists and notes
Selections and per-video notes are stored only in the browser's
localStorage for the connected account. They are
cleared when you use Clear shortlist or Disconnect, when the
workspace receives a disconnected state, and when a different
account connects. They may also be lost when browser data is
cleared or a temporary browser session ends. Export is provided so
you can save your own copy.
Meta advertising workspace
Authorized KeyAmor staff may connect KeyAmor's Meta business and advertising assets for internal reporting, planning, and operator-initiated campaign management. Users may connect only assets they are authorized to administer and remain responsible for reviewing advertising changes before they initiate them.
Google Ads planning
KeyAmor uses the Google Ads API for its own keyword and advertising planning for KeyAmor's linked advertising account. It is separate from the Creator Workspace. More information is available on the Google Ads planning page. Questions about this use can be sent to google-ads-api@keyamor.nl.
Privacy and no sale of data
KeyAmor handles customer, website, TikTok, local workspace, and advertising-planning data as described in the Privacy Policy. KeyAmor does not sell or resell personal information, TikTok data, Creator Workspace notes, or Google Ads API data.
Intellectual property and liability
KeyAmor website content belongs to KeyAmor or its licensors and may not be reused misleadingly. To the extent permitted by law, KeyAmor is not responsible for losses caused by unlawful site use, third-party platform outages, browser storage loss, or inaccurate information supplied by a user or external platform.
