This policy explains how KeyAmor handles customer, website, Creator
Workspace, and advertising-planning data. KeyAmor does not sell
personal information.
TikTok Business advertising data
Authorized KeyAmor staff may use TikTok API for Business with
KeyAmor-owned or explicitly authorized advertising accounts and
business assets. Depending on the permission granted, processed data
can include account and asset identifiers, campaign and creative
configuration, audience and catalog configuration, spend,
impressions, clicks, conversions, and measurement results. This data
is used only for KeyAmor's direct advertising operations and is not
sold or used to profile unrelated TikTok users.
Who we are
KeyAmor and keyamor.nl are the commercial brand and website operated
by the registered Belgian sole proprietorship Osmani, Ashraf,
enterprise number 0738.472.678 and VAT number BE0738472678, from
Park te Poldere 2, 9840 Nazareth-De Pinte, Belgium. See the

Customer and website data
We collect information needed to answer questions, process orders,
handle returns, and maintain the website. This can include a name,
email address, order reference, delivery details, support messages,
product photos, and basic website logs.
TikTok data we receive
When a creator chooses to connect through TikTok Login Kit,
user.info.basic confirms which creator connected;
video.list lets that creator review and shortlist their
own recent public videos for KeyAmor product-content collaboration.
Returned fields can include video ID, title, link, creation time,
duration, and public view, like, comment, and share counts.
Creator Workspace purpose
KeyAmor uses the connected profile only to identify the creator in
the workspace. Recent public videos are shown so that creator can
review and shortlist their own content for KeyAmor product-content
collaboration. We do not add or claim TikTok analytics that TikTok
did not return.
Tokens and connection session
TikTok access and refresh tokens are handled server-side and are
not returned to browser code. The connection is held in the
running service session rather than stored as a permanent creator
record. A service restart or session loss can remove KeyAmor's
current connection state, but it does not by itself remove the
permission recorded by TikTok.
Disconnect and TikTok permissions
Disconnect removes the current KeyAmor server session and requests
token revocation from TikTok. If TikTok's revocation service is
unavailable, the KeyAmor session is still removed. Creators can
also manage or revoke KeyAmor access in their TikTok account to
control the upstream TikTok permission directly.
Local shortlists and notes
Video selections and per-video notes are stored only in
localStorage in the creator's browser, scoped to the
connected account. They are not sent to KeyAmor. They remain in
that browser until cleared, the workspace receives a disconnected
state, the connected account changes, browser data is removed, or
a temporary browser session ends.
Deletion and access requests
Use Disconnect to remove the connection and that account's local
workspace data, or use Clear shortlist to remove local selections
and notes. Creators may also clear site data in their browser.

holds, subject to legal retention duties.
Meta advertising data
Authorized KeyAmor administrators may connect Meta business and
advertising assets to the KeyAmor Lab application. Depending on the
permissions granted, KeyAmor may process account and business IDs,
campaign structure, ad configuration, spend, impressions, clicks,
conversions, and related performance metrics for KeyAmor's own
reporting, planning, and advertising operations.
Meta permissions and deletion
Meta controls which assets a signed-in administrator can authorize.
KeyAmor does not use the integration to access another business's
private assets without authorization. Users may remove the
integration in Meta and follow our
Meta data deletion instructions.
Google Ads planning
KeyAmor uses Google Ads API data for its own advertising planning.
This can include seed keywords, product terms, landing-page URLs,
country, language, keyword ideas, search volume, competition, and
historical keyword metrics. It is not intended to process Creator
Workspace notes or customer personal data. Questions about this

Sharing and processors
We may use providers needed to run the business, including TikTok
when a creator connects, marketplace platforms, payment and
shipping providers, email and hosting providers, and authorities
where legally required. We do not sell or resell customer, creator,
TikTok, or Google Ads API data.
Retention and security
Customer and business records are kept only as long as needed for
support, accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and
business history. We use reasonable access controls, keep service
credentials out of public pages, and limit Creator Workspace data
to the purposes described above.
Returns and support
Customers may contact us within 30 days of receiving an item if it
is incorrect, damaged, or not as expected. Refund handling depends
on the sales channel used for the order.
