Meta Platform data
These instructions apply to data received through the KeyAmor Lab Meta application. You may disconnect the application and request deletion of associated information held by KeyAmor.
Open Facebook Settings, choose Business Integrations, select KeyAmor Lab, and remove the integration. This stops future access granted through that connection. Business administrators can also remove the application from the relevant Meta business portfolio.
Email info@keyamor.nl with the subject "Meta data deletion request". Include the name of the Meta account or business portfolio used with KeyAmor Lab and a reply address where we can confirm the request. Do not email a password, access token, or other login credential.
We may ask for limited information needed to match the request to the connected account or authorized business. This prevents one person from deleting another administrator's business records.
We will acknowledge a valid request within seven days and normally complete deletion within 30 days. We will confirm completion by email. Information required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or another legal obligation may be retained only for the applicable legal period.
Where held, the request covers Meta user or business identifiers, authorization tokens, selected asset and ad-account identifiers, imported campaign configuration and performance data, and reports derived from that imported data.
